Withdrawing from OS and the OS ARM

OS and OS ARM Withdrawals

Origin Sonic (OS) and the OS ARM are being wound down. Both vaults have stopped earning yield, and the underlying S has already been unstaked and returned to the vaults, so withdrawals are processed after the protocol-enforced 10 minute delay.

This wind-down follows a governance proposal that passed because Origin Sonic no longer clears the protocol's revenue, liquidity, and operational-maintenance thresholds. The ongoing cost of maintaining validators, integrations, and user support on Sonic no longer matched the revenue Origin's Sonic products there were generating. This guide walks through exiting both OS and the OS ARM from the Origin dapp.

OS Withdrawals

OS holders can withdraw the underlying S directly from the Origin dapp's OS page. Because the vault's liquidity is now fully available, withdrawals are processed after the protocol-enforced 10 minute delay.

OS ARM Withdrawals

ARM-WS-OS LPs exit through the OS ARM Vault page. Withdrawing redeems your pro-rata share of the ARM Vault's S-denominated assets, which have already been unstaked and returned to the vault, so the withdrawal also executes without a redemption queue.
